Mohinder’s theme is played with a viola as he speaks with H.R.G. about taking out the Company while inside the depths of Company halls himself.

This trance-like waltzy rendition of Sylar’s theme plays as we discover him seemingly in Maui, only to really be in a shack, recovering from the scars of the events at Kirby Plaza.
2.03 – The Continuing Tales of Hiro Nakamura:
This track plays as Ando finds scrolls detailing Hiro’s adventures in Feudal Japan.
2.03 - Soaring: (Available on HEROES Score CD - Claire)
This piece can be described as very "high schoolish," playing as West reveals his powers to Claire and expresses his love by taking her on a flight.

Fashioned after the theme to “The Lone Ranger,” this track plays as Hiro first dons the armor of Takezo Kensei.
2.02 – Maya’s Death Song:
This variation on “Maya’s Healing Song” plays as the local healer discovers the death that lies dormant inside her.
2.02 – The Battle of Twelve Swords:
This track, with that familiar Hiro sound plus a Japanese musical palette, accompanies the Battle of Twelve Swords. It also features parts of “Cherry Blossoms” and “The Lone Samurai.”
2.02 – A New Beginning:
This variation on Peter’s familiar theme, utilizing bagpipes, plays as Peter rediscovers his powers, using them to take out Irish thugs.

This plays after Hiro has rescued Yaeko, sharing an intimate moment with her under the cherry blossoms.
2.02 – Nightmares Attack!:
This suspenseful theme utilizing marcato strings first plays when Angela is attacked in an interrogation room… by herself.
